Test de The King of Fighters Collection : the Orochi Saga sur Wii, chez JeuxVidéo.com.

15/04/2009 : MadWorld is the work of one-time Clover Studios, n.k.a. Platinum Games, b.k.a the people who brought us Okami and Viewtiful Joe. It is similarly edgy, aesthetics-obese, and unusual on many counts. Unlike their previous works however, MadWorld is a hyperviolent orgy of removed parts, splashing crimson, and dark mood. Okami’s nature-riddled beauty or Joe’s child-like fascination with superheroes is a step apart from Madworld, which borders on becoming a Tarantino movie. Preview de MadWorld sur Wii, chez Gamer20.
15/04/2009 : Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles became a sub-series when Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates was released on the DS at about this time last year. Unlike the flagship Final Fantasy games, the Crystal Chronicles games combine the exploration and puzzles with a real-time action-based battle system. While the original game on the GameCube featured some overly gimmicky methods of play due to its GBA-based multiplayer, Ring of Fates focused a bit too much on the single player mode. Now with Echoes of Time, Square Enix hopes to have put the right mix into it, while also trying to fully integrate both the DS and Wii audiences. Test de Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time sur Wii, chez Gamer20.
15/04/2009 : When Ready 2 Rumble Boxing first came out on the Dreamcast, it was one of the first sports games that really pushed the overall genre forward in terms of visual style, play control, and speed. While it was a bit milked across all sorts of consoles during those years, the series never really evolved. Now that AKI Corporation is developing the title, the new owners of the series at Atari hoped to revive the series on the Wii with Ready 2 Rumble: Revolution. Unfortunately, the effort, or lack of it, has fallen flat. Test de Ready 2 Rumble: Revolution sur Wii, chez Gamer20.
15/04/2009 : To say the Wii has a lack of hardcore games is an understatement. Aside from Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Mario Galaxy, and a whole slew of first party games, it often seems like third party publishers only publish games on the Wii for the sole purpose of making some coin in the midst of this recession. So what’s the best way to overcome this drought? By killing people in MadWorld, of course. Test de MadWorld sur Wii, chez Gamer20.
15/04/2009 : It’s a bit odd to see Dead Rising be ported to the Wii instead of a more compatible platform like the PlayStation 3, let alone being nearly two and a half years later just around the time that a sequel is finally announced. Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop brings the popular Xbox 360 zombie game to the Wii to the best of Capcom’s ability. Being an Xbox 360 game that was one of the best looking first-gen Xbox 360 games around, does Chop Till You Drop do its predecessor enough justice to be worth a purchase for Wii gamers? Test de Dead Rising : Chop Till You Drop sur Wii, chez Gamer20.
15/04/2009 : Sega originally brought the House of the Dead series to the Wii last spring with the compilation of House of the Dead 2 & 3, which is an odd combination to not include the first game, as well. Sega conveniently avoids the first game once again with House of the Dead: Overkill, which is a prequel to the first game that features an interesting grindhouse spin on the way the series has been done before. Does Overkill’s new sense of style add enough to the gameplay to make it one of the best light gun shooters on the Wii? Test de House of the Dead : Overkill sur Wii, chez Gamer20.
15/04/2009 : The Castlevania series is one that has had many twists and turns since the first game came out in 1987. While most of the new conventions in the 2D game have been more than solid, from the emphasis on exploration beginning in Symphony of the Night and the new and fresh combat system presented in Order of Ecclesia, the 3D games have all but failed to impress critics or the series' faithful. When word came that Castlevania Judgment would be 3D, it left everyone skeptical. After that, everyone found out that it would be a fighter--which just turned everybody off. Now that the game is here, it's safe to say that the game isn't horrible, but it really isn't good either. Test de Castlevania Judgement sur Wii, chez Gamer20.
15/04/2009 : The once beloved Sonic the Hedgehog was a mascot with a huge array of titles that challenged the quality of Nintendo’s famous plumber, Mario. However, after Sega went on to become a third party, Sonic games have been met with rough criticism because of a really unsuccessful transition from 2D to 3D. Not since the release of Sonic Adventure 2 for the Dreamcast has there been a respectable Sonic release on a console, and Sonic Unleashed is here to change that. Unfortunately, the developers spent too much time “unleashing” their inner-hedgehog and have developed a final product that is simply on par with the prime of their mascot’s 3D foray. Test de sonic unleashed sur Wii, chez Gamer20.
15/04/2009 : Ever since the original game’s release in the late fall of 2003, Nintendo fans have had the pleasure and burden of living two lives—their regular, everyday life and their life in Animal Crossing. The series is rather unique because while it has never pushed any technical boundaries, its undeniable charm and overall addictiveness have developed a cult following. Now the game and all its features have made it onto the Wii in Animal Crossing: City Folk, but is it a fresh enough experience to keep players interested? Test de Animal Crossing: City Folk sur Wii, chez Gamer20.

12/04/2009 : Tetris. A classic. Even if you hated it, you loved it really. It is rare for a game to capture the thumbs and fingers of the gaming nation; that is until Geometry Wars arrived. For those unaware of the history behind the game, it first arrived on the Xbox in the form of a mini-game hidden in the superb Project Gotham Racing 2.
